With more than 25 years’ experience in workplace relations, Tracey O’Neill offers clients a genuinely deep legal and investigative skillset, coupled with an ability to provide practical advice.

In addition to her strong experience successfully undertaking complex and sensitive workplace investigations, Tracey has advised on industrial disputes, employment law, discrimination law and professional standards investigations. She also has specialist experience in reportable conduct and child safety investigations and reviews, as well as Board-related matters in both private and public sectors.

Tracey is highly regarded by clients for her empathetic and ethical approach to her work.

Tracey O’Neill has more than 20 years of legal and non-legal workplace relations experience within Australia and an additional 9 years in the UK. In addition to her experience with clients of Wise Workplace Solutions, she has worked as an Employment Lawyer with several leading Australian law firms, including as a Senior Associate at MinterEllison.
