ABOUT Justine Vaisutis

As a Senior Consultant at Wise Workplace Solutions, Justine works closely with public and private sector clients to conduct preliminary assessments, end-to-end investigations and culture reviews.

Justine has extensive experience working with organisations to identify, address and reduce sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination and human rights breaches, including workplace assault. Through her work with both employers and vulnerable workers, she has developed particular expertise in addressing intersectional discrimination, and taking a person-centred and trauma-informed approach to resolving harmful and unlawful workplace conduct, resulting in safer and more sustainable outcomes for all parties.

Professional Background

Justine has previously held senior workplace relations, equal opportunity and human rights roles, including Director of Human Rights and Social Impact at KPMG, Director of Education and Engagement at the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, Program Director of the Champions of Change STEM Group, and senior People and Culture and Workplace Relations roles at the Australian Conservation Foundation and Monash University.
