Karen is a highly regarded employment lawyer and HR practitioner who has worked with leading national law firms, Mallesons Stephen Jaques and PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal. Karen’s clients span a wide range of industries, including health and hospitals, construction, government, banking, education, manufacturing, professional services and transport. Karen’s experience includes 7 years with ANZ Bank where she gained practical “hands on” corporate knowledge in the role of HR Consultant and Employee Relations Manager. In these roles, Karen managed complex employment disputes, investigations and restructures, trained the Human Resources community on employee relations issues and developed global employment agreements, policies and procedures.

Karen has completed Bachelors of Law (Honours) and Science at Monash University and a Masters of Law at Melbourne University. Karen has also completed a Certificate IV in Government Investigations, trained as a conflict coach and holds a current legal practicing certificate. Karen is a nationally accredited Mediator and Licensed Investigator.
