ABOUT Karen Wise

As the founder and Managing Director of Wise Workplace Solutions since 2013, Karen Wise works closely with both public and private sector clients across a wide range of industries, including government, finance and insurance, education, health, retail, transport, manufacturing and logistics.

She works closely with clients to thoroughly understand their needs, and draws on both her in-house experience at ANZ and top tier legal knowledge to provide a legally robust and practical approach to all investigations and advice – a signature characteristic of Wise Workplace Solutions service.  Karen is highly regarded for her sensitive, warm and professional manner, as well as her ability to simplify complex workplace matters and provide solutions which meet her client needs.

Karen regularly advises in relation to complex workplace-related cases, investigations, and policy development.  Karen also regularly develops and delivers engaging and high quality workplace training programs across the public and private sectors.

Karen Wise has more than 20 years of legal and non-legal workplace relations experience.

In addition to advising clients of Wise Workplace Solutions, she has extensive experience advising and representing organisations as an Employment Lawyer with several leading Australian law firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal and King & Wood Mallesons, and as a Workplace Relations Manager with ANZ Banking Group.
